It is general knowledge that Hamas uses a ceasefire to reload. That opportunity works both ways. This ceasefire gives Israeli IDF and IAF leaders and chance to let troups take a breather, plan, swap out weaponry and rebuild ammunition.
This deal also buys time while America changes out Presidents and war cabinets. The rules of engagement are changing!
What this deal did NOT do is "end the war" like President Biden foolishly claimed a couple of days ago! The war isn't over -- it has has entered a new phase.
Finish the Dam War

1 Samuel 15.3 -- Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.
In the history of the Jewish nation, before the annointing was taken from Saul and transferred to King David, God ordered Saul to totally destroy the Amalekites. Would that meet the criteria for what is called "genocide" today?
I see no chance that the people in Gaza, the Palestinians, will abandon their lust for killing Jews and their dream of destroying Israel. It is the same with the Ali Khamenei, the Ayatollah of Iran.
By some profound twist of time and fate, Israel finds itself trying to solve a problem like Hitler. Hitler and the Nazi command were looking for a solution to the "Jewish Problem." Gaza is like a modern day Polish Ghetto. What will come of the "Palestinians? How can Jews solve the Palestinian problem? Israel faces a profound dilemma!
Isreal has been accused of being Nazis. They say Israel is committing genocide. Ironically, Israel finds itself in the moral test of the millennium. What would God do?
Reminds me of Sodom
Genesis 18:23-27 -- Then Abraham approached him and said: “Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked? What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it? Far be it from you to do such a thing—to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
The Lord said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.
Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes, 28 what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you destroy the whole city for lack of five people?”
Abraham's negotiations got down to ten people and he still couldn't find enough righteous people for the Lord to spare Sodom.
My Conclusion
I don't know how many righteous Palestinians there are in Gaza. But I seriously doubt it is enough.
There is no possible way for Israel to end the war in Gaza that will satisfy the evil force in the world that wants to destroy Israel and the Jews. The question I have is this: What way will satisfy God?
Benjamin Netanyahu is in a very tough spot. There is only one source with the answer of what he must do. That is the "still small voice." Pray for Bibi to hear and obey it.
1 Samuel 15:1 -- Samuel said to Saul, “I am the one the Lord sent to anoint you king over his people Israel; so listen now to the message from the Lord.
